         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong> I was semi successful with the goal I had chosen. The reason I was only semi was because during the beginning of my goal I didn't really accomplish it. I was just getting started so it was hard for me to go from drinking very little water to trying to drink 80 ounces a day, and some days during the end I still struggled with it. I learned that it’s hard to break a habit you have been doing for a long time. For me, I had been drinking very little water for a long time so when trying to drink 80 ounces my body at first did not want to do it, though it got easier as time went on. If I were to redo my goal, I would change how much water I would drink. For example, instead of starting exactly at 80 ounces I would start at 50-60 but every few days say like 3 I would add 5-10 ounces that way your body slowly gets used to drinking more water. </strong></div>]]></description>
