I want to look at incidents and how the leagues are handling the cases. One area I would like to research more is the NFL because it seems that a majority of the stories come from the NFL. Sometimes professional athletes are idolized and we look the other way to some of their wild behaviors. With professional athletes having a big platform, we has a society and the players themselves should take this time to groom and encourage our younger generation of how to act outside of the playing field. They should be shown that there are consequences for your actions and although sports is a business and a player brings in a lot of money, their actions outside of the playing field that are negative should be overlooked.
