In contrast to our diet other diets like the Japanese  or Mediterranean diets Eva Selhub MD , claims that " many of these unprocessed foods are fermented, and therefore act as natural probiotics. So in conclusion these diets have different ways of processing their foods. </div>]]></description>

Foods high in fiber that contain soluble fiber can slow the absorption of sugar into your blood and increase serotonin which is the "feel good" chemical. This causes your mood to rise and stay the same. "What you eat directly affects the structure and function of your brain and ultimately your mood" One personal experience I can truly say is candy has an affect on moods.</div>]]></description>
