         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once you enter the lobby of the Museum of Education, until you feel that the clock returned to a past past tells the history of education in this country since the use of letters in 1101 BC.</div><div><br></div><div>In addition to abstracts, the museum includes photographic documents of various kinds related to the history of education, legal and administrative texts of the Tunisian school, as well as textbooks, learning tools, student work and school supplies.<mark><br></mark> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>in the top of The  the museum's facade we find many writing tools , and in the letter pavilion in Tunisia, we can take a look at the known ifriqua Mediterranean alphabets from the phoenician alphabet and Greek and Latin to Hebrew and Hebrew to Arabic.</div>]]></description>

         <title>The koteb</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once you have finished this suite, curiosity will lead you to that hall of "Zitouni" education called the “koteb”, which was the primary school of learning the Holy Quran in Tunisia.</div><div>This room is decorated with wax statues, which at first glance seem to be real, embodying a chapter of study in the traditional way, all in the presence of “Sidi Medab”, who taught the boys the teachings of the Qur'an at the beginning of the last century.</div><div> This place is the embodiment of the Tunisian traditional teaching, especially the plates that were used to write in the ink that is made and prepared from the glue using the wool of sheep after it is burned and emptied. It becomes like flour to add water to it and it’s is used in writing with the thin feather of the Arabic language.</div><div>"Madab" or “Sheikh”, has his own place in the session, and is usually necessary, where he used the long stick to feel the place of the boy, and the better of them join the “zytouna”, and get a certificate in that, according to the debtor. </div><div>This type of education, the fundamentals of religion and Islamic jurisprudence and all the correct sciences of physics, chemistry, mathematics, natural sciences, as well as Arabic literature, is still practiced today.</div>]]></description>

         <title>The modern school</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the adjacent hall of the kotab, the students line up on wooden benches, and the scene changes to show modern teaching tools of the means of measurement used in arithmetic and algebra. The students and the teacher wear a special dress that varies from blue to pink by gender, mid-twentieth century .<br>Education has become fashionable and many things have changed. Students use books instead of boards and pencils. They are dressed in different colors aprons. They carry a medium size backpack and study with a large green board. The school rules became also different.</div>]]></description>
