They confront Gordy about it. They see that he’s sick. They help Stewart by giving medicine. Stewart is not getting well so they are trying to find a way to help him. They ask Barbra to help. She drives her car to the hospital they say Stewart can’t be there. They take care of him at Barbra’s house. Margaret and her mom go get a tree. They find gordy and his sister. Margarets mom take them to gordys dads house. Gordys dad says to get out of here. So they did scared of him. A couple of days later Margaret comes home and gets notified that her brother has died in action. The next day Gordy says sorry to Margaret for her loss. They go check on Stewart and see Gordy there. When Margaret walks back with Elizabeth and Gordy, Gordys dad hits gordy 2 times in the nose. Stewart bears about Gordy and goes to his dads house and got beat up. Gordy and his siblings and his mom escape and call the police .They go home. When Margaret tells her parents about Stewart her mom slapped her. The next morning her mom says sorry and talks about it. Maregaret and Elizabeth go to a shop and see Barbra across the street and say hi. Barbra says that Stewart went to the hospital for a little bit. The next day they go to school and on the walk home they come across Barbra rolling Brent in his chair. Jhonny, Wyatt’s brother says,” wouldn’t it be awesome to fall in?”(Robie 2). After this, the whole group heads out to the river. While they are out, they help another raft get free from a rock. This causes them to go into difficult rapids and Wyatt falls off. to. He runs out into the maze and survives. He gets elected as a runner. Him and Minho go running and find the hole where Grievers go during the day. When they get back every wall in the glade opens and grievers come out and start attacking. The next morning a group o people that Thomas gathered go to the hole and escape.
