Learning: As a student and prospective teacher, I saw how critical it is to be introspective and self-aware. I learned goal-setting and self-evaluation techniques in the course, which kept me motivated and allowed me to track my progress. Additionally, I grew more comfortable approaching teachers, fellow students, or college resources for assistance when I needed it.

Challenges: I had trouble concentrating during online classes at the start of the semester and juggling my homework and household duties. But the techniques and resources this course offered enabled me to stay on course. I was also inspired to keep trying by the support I received from my teacher and fellow students.

Development: I now feel more equipped to handle the remainder of my ECE coursework. I've formed solid routines that help me succeed academically and flourish personally. Above all, I now have a better grasp of my responsibilities as an early childhood educator who is thoughtful, accountable, and compassionate.

I learned how influential the environment can be in influencing children's learning and development in Learning Environment: The Third Teacher. I now view classrooms as active participants in the educational process rather than only as locations to learn, thanks to this training. Achievements: Developing considerate and welcoming learning settings for my assignments was one of my main achievements. I gained knowledge on how to create environments that meet the physical, social-emotional, and cognitive requirements of kids. I was pleased with the compliments I got on my learning center concepts and room arrangement, particularly when I concentrated on creating a warm, secure, and engaging environment.

Learning: Along with educators and families, this course helped me comprehend the idea of the environment as the third teacher. I discovered that wall displays, lighting, materials, and even organization may affect how kids feel and behave. Additionally, I learned how to portray diversity and inclusion by utilizing natural components and culturally sensitive materials.

Challenges: Initially, I had trouble thinking outside of the box when it came to classroom arrangements. Although I was accustomed to organized layouts, this course encouraged me to be more imaginative and deliberate. What message does this area provide to the child? It is one of the questions I've learned to ask. Or how does this setting encourage investigation? I become more at ease with fluid spaces and open-ended materials over time.

Growth: I now have faith in my capacity to design inclusive, stimulating learning settings that cater to the interests and needs of kids. I've become more conscious of how minor adjustments to a room can have a significant impact on a child's educational journey. I've become a more deliberate and considerate teacher as a result of this course.
