         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many children seem to suffer from mental health issues, including depression, and anxiety. However, the most common issues among young people are attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD),  and depression. ADHD is a attention disorder that affects 8 out of ten children in schools around the world. ADHD makes it harder for kids to learn during classtimes and harder to listen to other people because of their short attention span. there are multiple medications to dampen the effects of ADHD (like ritalin and adderall) but there is no consummate cure.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depression is a mental health disorder caused by a combination of biological and psychological stress, causing changes in brain function and and the persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest in everyday life and find it harder to interact with other people in both real life and on social media. when going outside these people tend to be introverted non confrontational, and will avoid conversation as much as possible.<br>some symptoms of depression include a sudden increase or decrease in eating, anxiety, hopelessness, or even suicidal thoughts.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Dealing With Stress </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dealing with stress can be hard, especially when you are trying to have good heath by performing mental strategies. you can go to a doctor and ask what you can do or what you can take to care of your stress, while maintain good mental health. 51% of people now suffer from stress or anxiety which means we need more cures for it. Avoiding stress changes like caffeine, alcohol and mainly nicotine. If you happen to have taken any of these drugs, the best option to fix your stress would be to talk to someone. In this period you could arrange to have a break from any sport, and if that is not available then you could go and arrange to have massage.   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To keep decent mental health you usually have to calm down or alcohol or limit you coffee's to a standard choice. Going to a therapist can help you by telling you the steps in order to help you and your mental health for you to strive in the near future. A huge 450 million people suffer mental health issues which mean that one in four people or kids suffer from this. being lonely, shy or even being discriminated or bullied can lead to having bad mental heath issues or even depression. If you are shy, and would hate to tell someone like a therapist or doctor in order to get better, then tell your family or a family friend or maybe just your good friend.</div>]]></description>

One of the keys to dealing with mental health is to tell your parents/guardians so that they can find ways to help you. You could also talk to a family friend or a doctor if you can not tell your parents or do not feel comftorable telling your parents.</div>]]></description>
