I always get up at 5:30 am, as I have to take my youngest daughter to kindergarten at around 6:10 am. then I go to work, arriving at around 7:00 am.

At around 9:00 am we have breakfast with my work colleagues.

We almost always meet again around 12 o'clock for lunch, sometimes we don't make it because of last minute meetings.

Usually around 5:30 pm I leave for home arriving at 6:30 just in time for my English class.

In this week I get wake up at 4:00 o'clock in the morning, I take a shower and get dressed at 4:05 am, I comb my hair at 4:30 am, sometimes I eat something before leaving the house, I leave my house at 5:00 o'clock, I get to work at 6:00 o'clock, I have breakfast at 8:00 o´clock, I finish work at 2:00 o'clock pm, I arrive home at 3:30 pm, usually I have lunch at 4:00 o'cock pm, three times a week I have English class, after that often I eat something before go to bed, I go to bed at 10:00 o'clock pm.

Hello, my name is Juan Pablo Galindo. My day usually starts quite early. I always get up at 3.30 on weekdays, but at the weekends I sleep an hour longer. When I get up, I start making the chocolate because my stove is very slow, I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth and then I have a shower. After that I always hunt cream on my body and get dressed. I usually wear casual clothes or the work uniform, mainly black pants and trainers. I usually have breakfast alone because at that time everyone sleeps. After I go to work in public transportation, I work eight hours a day, I talk about gossip things with Laura, After I return home and have lunch with my son and my mother, then I go to practice soccer with my son, I usually get into the best class with the best teacher, which is the English teacher. Before going to sleep I complete university work and I go to sleep to dream of the little angels at ten o'clock.

In the afternoon I go to the shopping center it is in front of my house , at night we share with family.

Sunday is for rest, watching movies and share time with the family.

When there are holidays we travel to melgar

I get up at five oclock, and drink one water liter, i shower usually at seven o’clock and the breakfast at half past seven, the twins get up at eigth o’clock and i give them breakfast at half past eigth, we got ready and get out to a park to play with the twins, we luch at two oclock and watch movie, we play in the house with toys at half past six, we had dinner and we brush our  teeth and put on their unicorns (Pijamas), and got to spleep at half past nine.

I get home at two o'clock and I eat luch, after I sleep and I get up at four pm. I read books, I watch TV, I drink coffee, I write and listen to music. I go to bed at eleven o'clock.

Sometimes I go to the church on sundays. After, my family and I go out of the house and visit towns, we eat lunch and desserts, we play soccer with our pets. We get home at five o'clock because the traffic is terrible and the next day we go to work. I go to bed at ten o'clock.

I always get up at 4:30 a.m. in the morning, I take a delicious shower with warm water.

Later I go to arrive the scHool bus.

I start work in the Emilio Valenzuela school at 6:00 a.m. In the cafeteria I drink a delicious coffee every day.

I Start my work at that time, and finish work about 3:30 p.m.

I have a delicious and nutritive lunch al 12:10 p.m.

I came my house al 4: 15 a.m.

In the afternoon , we are goint to visit my mother in law , we have dinner there at 7:00 p.m . I go to bed at 9 p.m .

On sunday , my husband and my kids wake up at 7 a.m, they go to training on the first floor while I prepare the breakfast and finally we watch a movie in the afternoon at 2 p.m to 5 p.m . And the end of the day I go to bed at 8 p.m .

On saturdays I go to the park with my pets and the rest of the day I rest with my family. I usually cook at the nigth.
