Too many people are hearing the bad things are happening to people that they start to point out the little things happening in your body due to the stress about what they have heard other people go through. So the Doctor in this tedtalk says the best way to heal is through the mind and staying clear from "fake news" happening in the world and focus on how you can better yourself through the mind. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This article really shocked me because the top technique with having a self loving mindset is being okay with not being okay. The more you are able to love yourself and be happy with who you are the more you are likely to heal. People push down emotions because they do not want to deal with them but all it does is create more problems from a wound that never properly healed and created mental challenges that stop you from being able to love yourself. </div>]]></description>

Something that opened my mind is this article says "We begin to understand that we can survive setbacks because our worthiness isn’t dependent on the outcome". This really describes the fact that if we can find that self-love within ourselves we won't always care about being successful because if you tried that is all you can do. </div>]]></description>

This clouds our judgement to basically give up and just deal with these challenges forever. But being able to have a good mindset and one that is willing to grow can help people be able to cope with this better and know that this is something they can over come.
