This valuable experience encompasses aspects such as moving away from home, living independently, meeting new people, and building new relationships.

There is also an interesting contrast between the two countries in terms of "financial security."

As we can see at the graph, majority of the students decide to go to the university to improve a chance of getting a good job both in USA and Canada. The second most popular reason is to gain qualification. In my opinion, the second reason is better, because general knowledges is more about the beauty of the science and history. And they of course may be applied to job, but it is not good in my opinion, when job is the only reason. So I happy, this reasons both highly popular.
Also, it is significant that in USA popular reason is sports. Because sport is a huge part of university life in USA.
Well, as the conclusion, the graph shows purposes of our current society. It is good that a big part of students want to get knowledges.

We can see that the majority of people from both countries decided to get a higher education to get qualification and improve a chance of getting a job. Among other popular reasons were improving a learning potential, families' desire and the fact that their friends went to the university, too. Interesting fact is that Americans choose to get degree to pariticipate in sports events much more often than Canadians. Another insight is that good social life apparently was not a good reason for people from both countries, as well as getting the experience. Overall, we can see that most of adolescents have concerns about their future life and potentially getting a job.

As we can see from the bar chart the most common reason to go to university was to get qualification and a good job with high earning potential. That trend is true for both American and Canadian students. The majority of the students applied primary because of these reasons. Reasons like, friend and family desire was popular too - they get from 30% to 40% in both countries. The least popular reasons to get a degree was to get the experience - below 25% for each country. The picture in general is wery similar for America and Canada. However the're some differences. For example American students were 33% more likely to go to university for the social experience they may get there (24% VS 17%), and about 250% more likely to apply because of sport activities. In it's own turn Canadians valued good job and qualification about 10% more. That's an interesting statistics that show that Americans think about social and sport activities as a crutial part of higher education.

Nowadays decision about entering University influences a lot young minds, it is necessary to know, what are exact reasons why young people start their adult life by getting higher education. So, researches from HSE conducted a survey in that they collected data about the reasons why Canadian and American people go to university.
The vast majority of students getting their first degree to gain qualification (about 60% from both countries) and to improve a chance of getting a good job (65% of American students, and 79 % of Canadian). But Canadian and American students dont have such agreement in case of social and personal life. For exmple, 43% of Amereican studnts want to participate in sports/societes, it contrast only 17% of Canadian studetns mentioned this reason in survey. The least popular option is "For the experience" answer, only 24% Americans and 16% Canadians think, that experience is a valuable reason for getting a degree. In colclusion, students from both countries tend to enter the university because of getting professional skills, rather than social ones. But American students are more motivated by extracurricular activities than their Canadian colleagues.

But the problem of getting good job are more actual for students, than get gain qualification. Its very interesting fact that few amount of young people from Canada interesting in HARD SPORT. (LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!!!!) This number is more than three times in USA. Less then third part of all student are interested in a good social life in both countries. According to chart "All my friend were going, 34% in USA / 38% in Canada" and "My family desire, 32% in USA / 37
% in Canada" we can see that public opinion and friends influence the desicion to enroll in higher education.

About a third of students from each country also said that they were influenced by other people. Either their family desired it or just all friends were going to university. There is also an interesting contrast between students in question of improving your earning potentional. More than half of Canadiens found it important, whereas only 42% of Americans care about it. Finally, the vast majority of students answered that university gives you a possibility to gain qualification and to improve a chance of getting a good job.

At the bar chart describing reasons for entering universities we can clearly see what points are more popular among American and Canadian undergraduates. Firstly have the most popular answers such as ‘to gain qualification’, ‘to improve a chance of getting a job’ and ‘to improve earning potential’ similar amount of answers from students from both countries, that is around 50-70%. There is an interesting contrast in opinions on importance of participating in sports and societies that was considered by Americans much frequently (43% vs 17%). For both only minority of students thought of experience and good social life as a pivotal point for applying, that is 24% and 16% on first, 28% and 19% on second. Also about third of the answers mentioned reasons such as ‘all my friends were going’ and ‘my family’s desire’.

The most popular reasons to enter to university for both American and Canadian students was getting qualification and to improve chances of getting a better job. Then, we can see that 54% of Canadians supposed that studies have such advantage as improving learning potential, while in case of Americans only 42% thought in the same way.
The least important points for all students was to get an experience and to be involved in active social life, however more American students saw the advantage in that point.
The most interesting fact there is that 43% of American and only 17% of Canadian students pointed out that the reason for entering was participating in sports and societies, so we can add that reason to the list of the least important for Canadians.
Finally, comparing friends and family influence it is clear that opinion of American and Canadian students about such reason was quite the same.

In this bar chart we can see main reasons why people in America and Canada go to college. A large number of students in both countries go study because of reasons: gaining qualification, improving chances of getting a better job and improving learning potential. There were similar responses about reasons: “my family’s desire” and “all my friends are going”!, around 30 % students in both countries go to the university with this motivation. In Canada a minority of students go to college because of good social life or experiences, but in the USA the amount of students with this motivation almost 10% bigger. The most significantly different result is in the reason “to practice in sports/societies”: the percentage of students in the USA with this reason is close to 50, when in Canada it is only 17. So in conclusion, we can say that mainly results in both countries are pretty similar. But in Canada slightly more people go to the college because of getting a better job.

The bar chart shows the main reasons for American and Canadian students to go to university. We can see that the most popular reasons among both countries' students are to improve a chance of getting a good job (65% for Americans and 79% for Canadians) and to gain qualification(61% for Americans and 68% for Canadians). The least popular reasons for all students are having a good social life and getting experience. Also improving earning potential is a popular answer but Canadians tend to consider it more often than Americans. Generally students from both countries have very similar responses. However there is an interesting difference between Americans and Canadians regarding participating in sports and societies: 43% of Americans say it is a major reason to go to university, while only 17% of Canadians say so. This indicates that for Americans sport is much more important. It is known that US universities accept athletes and it is very prestigious to play for a university team.

Among American and Canadian students the most popular answer is "to improve a chance to getting a good job" (~70%), but most of them don't use their education for its intended purpose. And this answer is really basic, but not enough informative for their future life. On the other hand a minority of students (~20%) go to university "for the experience". It is really interesting answer because the goal of prevues argument is to say "yes!". Experience is the best purpose. But for Canadian students the same level has position "to practice in sports/societies". This parameter shows the difference between cultures. The meddle parameter is "to improve earring potential". It is about 50%. That means student already know the direction of its development.
