Support the students, tell them it's okay to make mistake or misconceptions. Instead encourage them to learn from that mistakes, that way they could be kinder to other people and diversity.
Give constant feedback to the students in their process of learning.

This concept is relevant because we as current students and as future teachers need to incorporate this concept in our way of learning and also teaching.
