For example, Hall, A. and Palmer, E. (2015) – no full stop at the end.
Jones, S. and Harvey, M. (2017) – “Available:” has been included twice, and no mention of when it was accessed.
Miller, J. L. et al. (2017) – no full stop at the end.
 
I feel these mistakes, although minor, would incur a reduction in mark if a student was to include them in an essay. For an exemplar, I feel it is important for it to be precise and perfect, otherwise it is very difficult for a student to learn exactly what is required of them.

I would appreciate a review of your referencing advice on Moodle.

Therefore, I search the Harvard Reference of UWS for my dissertation. But the problem is:
I find one PDF guideline for Harvard Reference as the below link, but this file only gives example of how to reference book, journal and the online resources.What about other types? like, new-paper, report, book chapters and so on. Could the library released an official pdf document to detailed introduce the Harvard reference for each type of citation resources.
