That, they are making a "lifestyle choice."<br> Not true, they just may not want high barrier housing. They may not want conditions that they can not abide by. This is why housing first has become such a successful model. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We need to restructure this with ALL races/ethnicities in mind. You need to think about recovery in a broader system and how we can reduce stigmas. You cannot put it all on the person who is trying to change. Substance use "problems" are constructs of environments and the social networks that people have. It is important to look at natural recovery and how that is facilitated, and learn what wee can do to help people recover contextually, the network is critical to help people achieve and maintain their recovery. </div>]]></description>
