2. Slavery: Jackson was a slave owner and supported the expansion of slavery, even vetoing a bill to abolish slavery in Washington D.C.

Andrew Jackson believed that Indigenous people were savages and so he forced them out of their own land which was against the constitution. By doing this he was responsible for 1/3 of all people on those trails to die.

I think he was a villain. He could be a hero when he didn’t put his feelings into things because he did do a lot of good stuff but his actions when his pride and feelings were involved make him a villain.

I think that Andrew Jackson is more netural leaning towards hero. Although he did do things that weren't right wrongfully using his presidential power, I believe that it'd be weird to say he's completely bad because some of his actions did have good intentions behind it.

I think Andrew Jackson is a villain because he was the reason behind why the Trail of Tears happened which killed many of the Cherokee.

I believe that he a villain because took over land based on his own personal judgments without getting to know them first and taking away someone’s home is not a hero thing to do

He was a villain because he acted selfishly on his own intentions and motives, not putting his own thinking and feelings aside for the general welfare of others.He didn't think about how his decisions would affect others, the examples he would set, he just abused his power to accomplish whatever he felt he wanted to do which is not what a heroes does.A hero makes sacrifices and puts the needs of others ahead of their own.Indigenous people died because he kicked them out because he felt they were savage.Need I say less.

I think his morals human wise it’s horrible, especially the way he treated Native Americans, which could be considered villainous. But, he did made some good contributions for America which he could be considered a hero for.

He most definitely did more worse acts than good. One example being that, he saw indigenous as “dirty” and went against the constitution to kick them out of their own land.
