1. The chapter is all about Love and Relationships, it's not just about romantically, we also can apply this in all aspects of relationship. This chapter also talks about how to make our relationship healthier, and lastly it talks about how to heal with the power of love.

2. How a short talk can make a big difference. That's the article that strike me the most.
Together with the qoute: "Apologizing doesn’t always mean that you’re wrong and the other person is
right. It just means that you value your relationship more than your ego." —
Anonymous

Some of us apologizing to someone is hard.
Because of pride. Pride is one of the common reason why do relationship getting broken.

Having a short talk with someone you love, can make a big difference.

1) The chapter that I have read is entitled "Life is a piece of cake." It's all about living a life with what you just really need, no more and no less. The cake here portrayed life, because just like in cake, you just need the right ingredients for you to have your cake awesome, and in life, you just have to embrace and value what's really essential, may it be people, things, and wealth. So, let's all bake our life happily with things just right.

2) The article in the chapter with what I have read that strike me the most is that we are the baker of our own life, so we have no rights to blame other people if ours turns out the way we don't want it to be. We are the only person capable of making our life better, so we must figure out what things that make our life bitter, so we can remove it. The main point here is that you don't have to got it all, because in life, essential things matter the most.

3) I would recommend this book, because it contains lots of life lessons that can make one person change his/her perception about certain things. It's such a deep and heart-warming book I have ever read, because it touched my heart and I felt comfort and happiness from it. For me, this book deserves a five stars over five stars, it's super worth reading and it makes you appreciate your own life just the way it is.

Sampaga, Mica Ela S.
12 - HUMSS Responsible

I read that wise people said "When you release your expectations that the world should fulfill you, your disappointments vanish." —Dan Millman, No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. —Eleanor Roosevelt and It is better to have a mind opened by wonder than a mind closed by belief. — Gerry Spence. The chapter "The Healing Power of Love" is all about how love in humanity is such a vital instrument in terms of how it can heal and comfort a person in every way possible that as mentioned "the strongest medicine".

3. Absolutely, I recommend reading this book as it cultivates a person's life and guides him to the right path. The intention is to teach every human being to be a better person and I appreciate how it specifies that it is for everyone, regardless of religion. It's also very intriguing because it's rare for a book to be educational yet still capture the interest of the reader and understand a person's state of mind.

Dolor.

Life is a piece of cake

1. The chapter is all about people who are satisfied with what they have in life and other people who have other desires or are not yet satisfied with their lives.

2. "We get to try a new recipe every morning, So even if your cake ends up bitter one day, that's okay-- make it differently tomorrow. Just never blame other people if your cake doesn't turn out; we each bake our own." My understanding of this statement is that while there are still days we still have a chance to change our life or outlook on life. Even if we don't succeed at first, that's okay! Start again tomorrow. Let's not just blame other people when we don't achieve the life we want because we didn't try and get up. We are the ones who make our destiny in life.

3. I would highly recommend this chapter because there are many lessons to learn, perspectives we should have and beliefs we need to know and learn. if you have a good outlook on life and you won't listen to what other people have to say you will be happy and you will be satisfied with the life you have. Don't imitate others because you have your own life and that's what you should focus on.

Glaisa Mae Aquino
12-Humss Responsible

• We Are the Victims of our Own Choices

1. ) What is the chapter all about?

-The chapter 9 of the book is all about the choices that we make in our everyday lives that shape who and what we are today. It shows that we are not mindful when making and we often make choices easily without even thinking about the consequences that we might face in the process. Furthermore, every choice that we make is important and can play a vital impact in our lives. We are the victims of every choice that we make and we should not blame it to others because in the very beginning, we are the one who controls and makes it possible.

2.) Which of the article/s in the chapter you have chosen strike u most? Why?

-The chapter that really left an impact with me is the chapter 9 entitled "We are the Victims of our Own Choices". There was this paragraph there, it stated "The path of least resistance will often take you farther from your destination than the seemingly more difficult one, but an easy trek in the wrong direction is ultimately far more exhausting and devastating than an uphill climb toward euphoria." These paragraph left an impact within me, it is indeed true that every time we choose to rush or skip the process, it often results to disappointment or destruction but if we choose to take the process slowly and endure every part of it even if it's painful or difficult, we knkw that this long journey will be a way for us to grow as a person and reflect from it. Just like what everyone says, there's no gain if there's no pain.

3.) Would you recommend or not recomment the book? Why or why not?

- I will definitely recommend the book because while reading I felt like someone was talking to me and giving me the answers that I needed to know, it serves as an advice that we all need to hear. Also, every paragraph contains a lesson that we can apply in different situations that we might encounter in the future. It is an eye-opener to me and probably to anyone who will read it. Over all, it is a 10/10.

Caballero, Raina R.
12 - HUMSS Responsible

1. My chosen title is "Love is the Recognition Of Beauty"

2.what strikes me the most is like a flower even though it is beautiful and fragrant no one notices it. just like us humans, God created us with his own beauty and body, we don't need to compare ourselves to other people because we have his own beauty and talent, so we have to thank God because if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't look good and handsome

3.yes, I would recommend it to other people for those who are insecure about themselves. that they don't need to be insecure because each person has his own beauty because it is created by God in us.

Mary Jane P.

How a short talk can make a big difference

1.)the chapter that i read is entitled how a short talk can make a big difference this chapter is all about make a move to talk to that person so you will know what she/he feeling.
Appoarching someone to talk about what are your opinion is better because you will know what she/he been through and also she/he will know what are you going through.

2.)the article/s on the chapter that i strike the most is "Healthy communication can open many doors and dispel assumptions we didn’t even know we had" because for me it's a really a meaningful paragraph talking with someone that understand and hear all your thoughts can make your mind clear and sometimes you will feel relief. And also having a healthy communication can make your confident high.Talking to someone with your problem, issues, regret in your life, and shame is better than to keep it. But choose the someone you know that it's heathly to communicate with.

3.)Yes, I highly recommend this book because you will learn on every chapter it's like you have an adviser/counselor in your life while reading it. I rate this book 10/10 because i learned a lot about something or about my life that i can relate myself.

SARA LHEA A. CASASOLA
12-HUMSS RESPONSIBLE

"LIVING IN GRATITUDE"

-The title of the chapter is
"Living in gratitude ".
The chapter is all about being thankful for the life has given to you and living a peaceful life despite the destruction of the people around you.

-The article that strikes me the most is the "Grateful for Each Breath".
Yes everyday is a new day.Sometimes your day is bad and you cannot take a deep breath easily like you wanted to.Even though it's not easy to live everyday because of the challenges we face always be thankful for the life that is given to you. "What a joy it is to be alive!"

-I would highly recommend the book.As i was reading the book i was in peace.Even though the chapter i read i only one i learned a lot.If i have a free time i will read the whole book.I don't want to waste the opportunity that is given to me to read a beautiful book like this. The book will give you peace, realization in your life, you will learn many things and it will make you grow.Because of that i will rate the book 10/10.

Vanessa Mea V.

We Are the Victims of Our Choices

1. It's about the decision/choices you make that affects your future, the decision you don't know what the consequences will be in the future and the decision you don't think about.

2. The article that strike me the most is “The path of LEAST resistance will often take you farther from your destination than the seemingly more difficult one, but an easy trek in the wrong direction is ultimately far more exhausting and devastating than an uphill climb toward euphoria” Hurrying or skipping a procedure frequently results in regret or devastation. However, if we decide to go slowly and endure each hard or challenging step, we will realize that this slow path will give us the ability to think on it and improve as a person.

3. Yes, I would recommend this book because it is not just a book, but it will also teach you lessons about different experiences in life. In addition to this, the inspiring words that the authors say are sure to help the readers as well.

Dhenmarc M. Magleo
12-Humss-Responsible

"ANGER, INSECURITIES AND FEARS"

1)This chapter is all about how to deal with Anger, Anxiety, Fear.

2)Life is not about race. Because you don't spend your temper all the time, you need to be patient and trust the process, and you need to be patient with yourself to become a successful person. I am now a grateful/happy and always humble person.

3) yes why i really recommend the included chapter on anger, anxiety and fear about your life and listen to the advice of wise people.it's about being a good person and not making mistakes anymore order to do “Disappointment goes away when you let go of the expectation that the world should satisfy you.” —Dan Millman, No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. – Eleanor Roosevelt and It is better to open your heart to wonder than to close it to belief. – Jerry Spence. My rating for this chapter is about 10/10

SISON, RYAN A.
12-HUMSS RESPONSIBLE

ILOVEYOU MA'AM
