Importance of Reflection

During this course in Amsterdam I have reflected several times about what I have got and done and how positive of negative it has been. One clear example of this is the reflection about the way I study and do homework, I realized that the old methods that I used were not enough effective (study alone and in my room, without external interference),
For that reason, I started to try new methods and study styles and I discovered that in a public study environment (where there are more students) or, even studying with my friends, I am more efficient when doing homework or studying, I optimize my time and I see things from a fresh perspective. Even though I have not improved everything that I hope for, I think that reflecting on the results I get and in what I actually want to get, will allow me to improve little by little.
