         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose to look at the foods of a country in the continent South America: Argentina.<br><br>3 of their most popular products:<br>- Guava: a tropical fruit which has a green skin but a pink inside!<br><br>- Provoleta:  the Argentinian version of the famous Italian Provolone cheese which is believed to be an invention of Italian immigrants who wanted to blend two national cuisines.<br><br>- Argentine beef: fresh meat that is often praised for its high quality and flavor due to grass-feeding and suitable climate<br><br>2 of their most popular dishes:<br>- Alfajor: a type of treat with <em>dulce de leche</em> (caramel) or milk jam stuffing sandwiched between two sweet cookies. <br><br>- Asado: wide selection of grilled meats. It is a culinary and social event attended by friends and family to share the joy of outdoor cooking.<br><br>I would LOVE to try an Alfajor as I have such a sweet tooth and they sound DELICIOUS! <br>However, I would give the asado a miss as I am a vegetarian!</div>]]></description>
