         <description><![CDATA[<p>We are after the highest possible price and whatever that may be can only be achieved by implementing the correct method of sale, considering that buyers start logically and finish emotionally. In most cases there is a clear disparity between the statistical figure and market value.</p><p><br></p><p>Our strategy would be use a logical price in line with similar sales in a close proximity to our property to ensure we have the best chance of attracting the best buyers to our home. This can then allow us to control the negotiation and the power of leverage on our side.</p><p><br></p><p>Everything we do involves a strategy that we aim to meticulously execute. Simply promising a figure prior to ascertaining the listing will not guarantee the outcome. Following a stringent process and working with buyer behavioural patterns will determine what the result will be.</p>]]></description>
