         <description><![CDATA[<div>We tightened the rubber band around the plastic spoon and the ice-cream sticks to get the ping pong ball to move further. We used two rubber bands to strap the spoon to the ice-cream stick so it would be more secure and the rubber band will have more elastic potential energy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Group 4<br>The base has 8 ice cream sticks. After attaching that, we but a brown ice cream stick between 2nd last and the last stick. After that, we used another rubber band to attach the spoon to the extra ice cream stick, we then used a rubber band and tied it to the brown ice cream stick at the bottom.we also noticed that if we tie the rubber band closer to the end, the ping pong ball possesses more potential energy which will be converted to more kinetic energy of the ball, allowing it to travel a further distance. :)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>even though we only used the number of ice-cream sticks that were given and didn't ask for more, we moved the ice-cream sticks (base) closer towards the end of the catapult (end of the spoon) so that the rubber bands would be stretched <mark>even</mark> more. Hence, it would possess more elastic potential energy (stretched rubber band), which would be converted into more kinetic energy (spoon on ice-cream stick) which would then be converted into more kinetic energy (ping pong ball), allowing the ping pong ball to travel a further distance. :)</div>]]></description>
