We are all really respectful of each others ideas and able to come to a consensus with each other. We have FOUGHT through our comfort zone to really dig deeper into curriculum that was new to all of us. Making ourselves vulnerable to each other really helped us grow as team! We all feel comfortable helping with each others students and we really use our team as the "village" and students benefit from seeing this as well! Team desire to improve and make things better for each student! Our instructional practices were intentional and we pushed and challenged this group instead of just accepting the fact that they were "lower". Each team member activity kept up with planning and executed the plans!
