Also discussed are simple accommodations and tips that employers can make the improve the work environment. One of the biggest and most important take-aways of the compilation of readings is that individuals with ASD can be even MORE productive than the average employee when properly trained and supported, therefore, resulting in a desirable workplace and the best outcomes for employers. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>As educators and parents, we are not simply teaching routines or building vocabulary; we are opening up possibilities. </p><p><br/></p><p>Technology, when adopted mindfully, is more than a tool; it is a voice for the nonverbal, a routine for the anxious, a bridge for the disconnected.</p><p>Every timer, visual schedule, AAC device, and learning app in this round-up is a step in the direction of greater independence, confidence, and communication. </p><p><br/></p><p>Making these tools part of daily life helps not only to promote academic growth but also to cultivate a child’s dignity and agency.</p><p>We cannot stop now.
