-We also make our servants sit with us during the Pooja to respect their presence at our house and to thank the help they give us.

-We put 2 new statues of goddess Durga and Lord Ganesha and we also put the old statues of them that we had used the previous Diwali

-We always make a Rangoli besides the statues of the gods to make the place full of brightness.

-A big Diya is always lit up near the statues of the god and where we pray. It has to lit up the whole night on the day of Diwali till the next morning, for which we need a lot of ghee.

-Every Diwali, my parents go to a Cards party planned by my Friends or Family and they play cards till late at night.
