         <description><![CDATA[<div>My sister is a teacher as well.&nbsp; She currently is working as a reading specialist / high school interventionist, but when she was working in the middle school, and had her own classroom, she created a&nbsp;independent reading program that I have adapted to my classroom.  She is the research reader, and I suck the ideas from her.    She is a big advocate for choice reading an having a purpose for reading.  </div>]]></description>
