1. Citizens can start by themselves. Reduce the amount of water used in the home
2. Capture rainwater. Build rainwater harvesting projects and use reservoirs to store rainwater.

Conserving water is even more critical.
Electronic billboards can be set up on highways, on the bustling streets of cities, and in the center of neighborhoods, showing the amount of water remaining in the city. You can always remind people to conserve water.

We need to act collectively; it is not the act of only one country that can achieve this.

Policies and Programs to Encourage Efficient Water Use:

  • Ensure the utility rate structure encourages water efficiency, or at least does not discourage it.
  • Make retrofit kits for residences and businesses available free or at cost. Kits may contain WaterSense labeled faucet aerators, showerheads, leak detection tablets, and replacement valves.

For example, a lecture on water resources can be held in the school, so that students can understand. 

Or we can tell people some ways to save water everyday. For example, people can use the water to wash rice or vegetables to water flowers or trees and so on.
