         <description><![CDATA[<div>How is it spread? </div><div><br>Through the air by respiratory droplets produced from coughing or sneezing. Also can be spread via: saliva, skin to skin contact, touching contaminated things such as blanket or doorknob. <br><br>Incubation period: <br><br>Roughly 10 days- however this can vary from 7-18 days from exposure to the onset of fever. Usually 14 days until rash appears. <br><br>Symptoms: <br><br>Pain in muscles <br>Fever<br>Malaise (general discomfort) <br>Fatigue<br>Loss of appetite<br>Runny nose/ sneezing<br>Skin rash<br>Dry cough <br>Pink eye<br>Diarrhoea <br>Koplicks spots <br>Sensitivity to light <br>Sore throat <br>Swollen lymph nodes <br><br>How to treat it: <br><br>No real treatment to get rid of an established measles infection- but there are over the counter medications to get rid of some of the symptoms E.g: fever reducers, vitamin A may help. <br>Prevention: MMR Vaccine. <br>It is a notifiable disease c<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Head lice are parasites.<br>Head lice is spread by anyone coming close into close contact with someone or something that has be infected.<br><br>Symptoms ~<br>Itchy head<br>Tickling feeling like something in moving on your head<br>Sores on the head&nbsp;<br>Irritability&nbsp;<br><br>How to be treated~<br>Treatments that are toxic free chemicals and that can be brought over the counter at pharmacy, or at supermarkets and use a comb to get the eggs and dead lice out of their hair.<br><br>Head lice hate essential oils so spraying the hair with essential oils could prevent head lice.</div>]]></description>
