         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Different sports- swimming,athletics and cycling- other exercises like star jumps<br>- circuit training, plyometrics, fartlek, continuous training, interval training &nbsp;<br>- continuous training helps to improve their cardiovascular endurance<br>- get out feeling fresh<br>- In training I swim five times a week, up to about 25km a week, and I do two very hard sessions on a Tuesday and a Thursday and then a sprint session on Monday, with Wednesday and Friday as endurance training in the swimming pool. I cycle six times a week, with long rides on a Wednesday and a Saturday.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- carbs, protein (to build muscle)<br>- fruits and vegetables, vitamins<br>- plenty of water<br>- <strong>plenty of vegetables, berries and fruits</strong> in your diet will help ensure your intake of vitamins and minerals is sufficient. Good quality food intake will help to maximise your training gains.<br>- Johnny Browlee's diet: "For breakfast, I’ll have porridge with red berries, banana, and honey, or Greek yogurt. I’ll then snack on a hot cross bun or have some toast. For lunch, I’ll have a ham and pepper omelette with a side salad, followed by Greek yogurt and muesli for pudding. In the afternoon, I’ll snack on Greek yogurt or toast. Alternatively, I’ll have a nutritional bar before a hard session, or a protein bar after a hard session. For dinner, I usually have fajitas and salad, or meatballs and pasta. If it’s been a long training day, then I’ll have apple crumble and custard to finish."<br>-Alistair: I'm normally very hungry so a decent meal involving some meat, <strong>I love</strong> <strong>steak, plenty of cooked veg (I'm not a huge fan of salad) and a warm pudding every time</strong>. Jonny: I have a slow cooker now, so I enjoy doing a casserole of some sort and having some rice or potatoes with it.<strong><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
