Kate Marino and  shep Moore were out hunting when grant was accidentally shot with a Remington hunting rifle. Information on who fired the Remington is still yet to be revealed. But the teens are still in questioning so far they have all said the same thing that the Remington was grant's gun. But this is obviously a false statement. It was also noted they were on drugs the night of the neglectful homicide. Drugs used such as are only marijuana and possibly percocet or Xanax. No charges have been filed due to the fact that them and grant were all very close. But more information is yet to be released.
