Always start with getting used to a low carb diet then progress into increased fasting windows, etc..<br>3. Eating:&nbsp;<br>fats will trigger less demand of insulin production than carbs and protein<br>protein does not&nbsp; increase glucose but does increase insulin<br>4. eating window = high insulin (storing food for energy)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;fasting window = low insulin (burning food energy)<br>Increase fasting window uses up fat storage.<br>5. fasting does not waste muscles<br>6. no need to overeat to compensate for fast<br>7. Don't give up if you don't succeed 1st try around<br>8. Eat less , move more philosophy does not work long term, biggest loser participants have gained to weight back.<br>9. sometimes in plateau occurs, need to change things up in your routine<br>10.
