Describe.

I sat on a bench behind the bus stop and observed the movement of people. 
At first, about 20 people were waiting for the bus, and as the bus passed one by one, the number gradually decreased. 
There were many people standing looking at their cell phones. 
A person walking from left to right, a person standing talking to a friend, and a man wearing a short-sleeved shirt were waiting for the bus despite the chilly weather.
 The students were wearing AirPods and talking to their friends and holding cell phones in their hands. In the surrounding corner, there were couples smoking and holding.
 People alone were looking at their cell phones and keeping their heads down. 
Suddenly, there was a man who shouted so loudly that everyone at the stop could see it. 
While looking at it, a man in his early 30s who looked like he was crossing the logistics of GS convenience store also passed by. He unloaded five boxes at once. 
The young couple, wearing half-sleeves and long-sleeves, passed from right to left.

- This bus stop was a great place to wait for a bus where someone else could move elsewhere. There was also a convenience store in the back, so I was able to purchase the items I needed right away. It is also a place to see off students' friends and a place to talk for a short time. Everyone laughs and sympathizes with each other while talking, and it also gives people who are waiting for the bus alone a little time to rest. It has a wide sidewalk where events do not happen and people do not bump into each other.


What doesn’t work well for this site?
- The slightly inconvenient thing about this place is that there are so many people waiting for the bus, but there is only one bench where you can sit and rest. I thought it would be okay for young people, but it would be uncomfortable for those who are physically uncomfortable or elderly. In addition, because the sidewalks are far away, when the cars start to disappear after 11 p.m., there are people who do illegal sidewalks. There are also cigarette butts around because they smoke in the corner. I listened to the forum on how to resolve gender inequality in domestic labor, which starts at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 6 and ends at 7:00 p.m. at the 13th World Forum on Human Rights. 
This inequality in domestic labor has been limited to women's specific active occupations in capitalist society in the 1970s. It was organized into domestic work such as reproductive activity and parenting. Despite this labor, there was no salary. Since then, it has been the cause of discrimination against women in capitalism. It can be said that such women's housework is the production of workers. Giving birth and raising children like this can increase our nation's workforce and is the basis for all economic activities. I feel that there is a need for improvement, such as the social security system for domestic labor. A balance between paid and unpaid labor should also be designed, integrated, and reflected in socioeconomic policies. There is more than three times the time difference for women to pay attention to housework than men. But they are not being paid that much for work. Women's domestic work has a very important power. Therefore, it is necessary to respect households as labor and pay fair wages.

[ My opinion ]

I thought gender inequality in housework should change from the past. However, I was a little puzzled when the forum said that raising children of domestic labor would increase the country's labor force. Of course, the productivity of a country can be proportional to the number of people. However, I don't think it's right for parents to think that raising their children is simply mass production of national productivity. This is because I think that children and parents have a greater relationship. But overall, I felt that the state was indifferent to women doing this housework. I think it is right for parents to do housework, but I was a little shocked to see that the time difference in sex is more than three times. When the proportion of women's housework was high in families where double income was on the rise, there was also a question about whether this woman would have time to relax other than housework and labor. Socially, a correct and legitimate perception of domestic work should be established, and the state should strive to support it systematically.
