I see my grandmother in a whole new light and really understand why she is the person she is. I really enjoyed interviewing my grandmother she made it a lot of fun and was willing to share about her life and feelings. She makes me not scared to age even though she fears aging. An insight I gained from her was to just be strong through all situations and you always have family to rely on. The interview impacted my attitude on aging in a positive way. Everyone ages and it is a part of life, you just have to take care of your body and mind. My values have stayed the same since I have always highly valued my family and religion.
