         <description><![CDATA[<div>All Priority Indicators should have at least 2 CFA's before they are tested?  These CFA's should be talked about as a team so you can help shift instruction.  Please include Melissa in as many of these conversations this year as possible.  Use the Data Analysis document for each CFA this year when you have conversations.  CFA's are pointless and just another test, unless you dialogue, analyze, and shift instruction based on them!  On a scale from 1 (lowest)-4 (highest)- how well did you team do with conversation and shifting of instruction this year?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This year we will pilot no RR's for all students who are at least ONE level above the target.  These students are "fluent" readers and don't struggle with accuracy and fluency, so that component isn't necessary.  Instead you will just do the comprehension check that is typically on the back of RR's and take anecdotal notes.  It will also require that you Benchmark all these students to start the year to make sure we have that placed accurately.  </div>]]></description>
