Everything they did was watched and every word they spoke was heard, everything was about there "great" leader and that must have been unbearable. I feel bad for the men, for them it was natural to lie, and the teacher couldn't correct them because she would get in trouble. The sad part was the teacher lied to them for their safety and because she loved them. The teacher couldn't tell them the truth, they missed out on so many big events like the world wide internet (when they were in the math and science field).
