I loved the small groups. I think having a lot fo the ideas already built out before going into the writing made me feel a lot more prepared.

It was helpful to share ideas and gain feedback in class on each component of planning an intervention.

It will be great to take the work done in this class and apply it in the field!

Sometimes the presentations felt a bit confusing maybe taking more time using examples and adding page numbers from the book as reference can be helpful

You guys are a fantastic team of supportive professors. You created an atmosphere conducive to learning.

Weekly discussion of the components of each exam was really good.

If you point out areas where you've noticed students historically have trouble, it would be like icing on the cake you all are already serving.

Differentiating the groups between masters, PhD and teaching team. Masters students didn't have as much feedback to offer one another

This class was awesome and loved the set-up of working through the exam in chunks throughout the semester. The group work also helped be able to see other examples from peers' work and get individualized feedback/help from the teaching team. The sequence of classes (i.e. class instruction then group work) worked great!

Page number references for the textbook would be really helpful (i.e. "reference the chart on XYZ on page XYZ")
Work through more all-class examples before splitting into groups

I second the idea of having Master's and PhD students in groups together. There could be two feedback sessions after each professor-led presentation: one session with groups that include both Master's and PhD students, then the second session separates them to be able to discuss their separate exam types (essay vs. exam book).

This was a great class! I feel like this was a wonderful conclusion to my MPH as it ties together all elements of my previous courses to present what I have learned. I appreciate all of the feedback sessions. Getting feedback on my work and seeing my peers' projects was beneficial for my understanding of the course content. Thank you all so much for a great semester!
