I feel as though this article made really interesting points that I agreed with. Especially with the one talking about confidence and the one having to overcome fear. With confidence, I feel like it would make the whole situation better in trying to overcome it and what is life without a little bit of fear/nervousness/etc. It would just be boring.

This is a really good article it was very insightful on ways to deal with your fear especially when it came to the respecting your fear and being able to acknowledge it and with that comes being able to ask yourself why do you feel that fear. Next part building your confidence up because in all honesty the things we fear we can conquer it, but also never being afraid to ask for help

Fear is all about how perceive it. The passage was mainly talks about fearless people being fears b/c the understand the basic of fear. I don't full believe that true because most people know the truth and that fears are just warning sign but just acknowledging that isn't enough for conquer fear. And just b/c their doing something that your afraid of doesn't mean it scares them.

That you are able to rise over fear. Fear is not something that has to control or consume you.

I feel like if I started thinking about it that way and also practiced being confident it could help with my anxiety. I’ve had anxiety all my life really. I’ve been through a lot of stuff as a kid, but I mean, who hasn’t? You know, everybody carries something, everyone has baggage. A lot of my anxiety does come from family issues and events and middle school but i think again, learning how to be confident could really help, I’ve really put myself in a shell throughout the years.

“There is no better antidote to fear than self-coincidence.” That is probably one of if not the best way to get over your fear. Its not a bad idea, but I am terrified and am not comfortable around my fears.
If I'm being honest out of everything I've read, the quote that will stick with me is, "They overprepare without overreacting, obsessing, or ruminating." just because I know I can't do this. I'll just start overreacting and think of the worst case scenarios.

My overall thoughts/takeaways in regards to what I've read is that I need to look at fear as something that isn't stopping me, but as something that's like a proceed with caution sign. Also, that's it all a trick that my thoughts play on me. I let my thoughts warp my sense of fear and stop me from experiencing things.
