The market we went to was very far from here, about 45 minutes. What we were able to observe is that many people work in this way, which is to sell things that are already used or that they make themselves. What we were able to notice is that this has been going on for several years and this is being inherited from generation after generation, which is what we saw in the class about how your economic level in your family is difficult to change, we thought that there would be a lot of people, but if there are many people buying groceries in those markets, this changed our way of thinking since we realized that many people work in this way and cannot grow their business.

Nohemí Gonzales Muñoz is a woman who works in the association "SERVIR Y DAR" whose mission is to serve and empower the vulnerable and whose purpose is to help children to provide them with food, education and biblical principles for them. They seek each child to reach their maximum potential to contribute to true change through justice and integrity. I chose Nohemi because it is very important to me that the children have a good education and know at least basic things such as mathematics, knowing how to read and another language since in Mexico many of the successful jobs are international so English is required. to have a good job and from there they learn to develop new skills and can have a good quality of life in the future. What they also do is give groceries to the families of these children such as rice, pasta, lentils, oils, salt, gelatin and cleaning products such as bleach, paper, soap, sponges, napkins, etc.

Gael Garcia: In this project I learned many things, the first one was that I knew a part of Monterrey that I did not know I went to the Meson market and I was surprised to see a very different part to those I know in Monterrey, we also went to Allende Nuevo León and tried one of the typical dishes that I really liked and I thought I wouldn’t like, that was the part of the project that I liked the most because I liked very much beyond and did not know that place. It was difficult because we had many difficulties during the week to agree when we would go and quite a lot of other things, the New Lion I knew and the one I know now are very different and I stay with that you always have to know before talking. Also was challenging because when we go to the Meson Market was difficult to get there and instead of being 30 minutes we do a lot more. To finish I enjoyed this project together with my team and working as a team all looking for the same goal and helping each other, it was important that all the team members knew what we were going to do and when.

This project was challenging because we needed to go to several places in Nuevo Leon and it was challenging because we had 2 hours to go to these places and we stoped to bruch on a place called capri which is a really regional place and it was really mexican, because mexican cuisine is a cultural diversity, with a wide variety of flavors, ingredients and culinary techniques that vary by region. From street food stalls to fine dining restaurants, Mexican cuisine is recognized worldwide for its flavor, color, and authenticity. We saw a movie of 2 other hours. We decided to go to Allende which is like a "Pueblo Magico" we decided to go there because everything is really near to another and we had churches, monuments, parks, regional food, and all we needed for this project. Working as a team facilitates this because we can give our different points of view about it and understand the different diversity that Mexico has.To arrive to Allende it took us 40 minutes approximately. We also made our own points of view of the politics and how the future of Mexico will become for the next 6 years and we came to the conclusion that all these candidates are not good for Mexico because they will let Mexico stuck in the position that is now.

Jorge Trillo: In this Project I learn a lot of things one of them is that there are a lot of monuments here in my city specificallyin allende Nuevo León, Thursday we go and I was Impressed about the monuments they have there were a lot we also visit a church that was beatififull and we go to a restaurant there called Capri of Mexican Typical Food was something special and I would like to go again. I also go to a Mercado in the center of Monterrey was a great Experience and I visit a part of Monterrey I didn't know. Was great having time with my teammates and each one getting new abilities to work as a great team this is something I would like to repeat in my next semesters here at tec.
