Who does it affect btavares https://padlet.com/btavares/v95ycepnhk4w/wish/342411227 This is an issue because the state government is slowly diminishing the second amendment rights of law abiding citizens by limiting the full capability of guns. The state government of Illinois thinks that by limiting the access of guns and putting more restraints on them, the use of them by criminals will slowly decrease and thus their method of constraint will work. But, the problem is if criminals want something that is illegal, they will obtain it illegally whether it be through smuggling or through other criminals. The state government is just giving the criminals a greater advantage over the law abiding citizens.
