During G1 manufacturing it seemed some jigs proved to be useless/troublesome and just traditional measurements for manufacturing was simply more time efficient and precise. 

Either re-consider our jig design process or maybe swap to using hand measurements for manufacturing? I'd suggest we keeping doing the pre-integration in parallel with each sub-team (Avionics, Payload etc.) having their own monitor and then one "master monitor" (name needs improvement) who monitors all the steps during the integration phase. Saves having to keep calling people back in.

Master monitor's role should include actually telling people what to do next, particularly at the beginning of the integration phase where it was, very slightly, hectic and in need of a firm hand. We are a team and sometimes systems or certain developments are assigned to a single person, usually the SLT. I understand SLT is there to lead the sub-systems and in some cases do more work than others; however, trying to be more inclusive, especially by the SLT, will be more motivating for the team members.
