Les élèves de 3<sup>ème</sup> ayant fait un cycle de rameur ont déjà manipulé ces formules, mais si, vous savez, Fc de repos, Fc max et Fc de réserve…(<em>voir document ci dessous</em>). Par ailleurs, il est possible de passer à 3 séances/semaine ou d'augmenter la charge de travail ( sans surestimer ses capacités...)</div>]]></description>
