Alexander Graham Bell was born march 3rd, 1847 in Scotland UK. He is known for inventing the one thing that will never leave the hands of 95% of the world. The telephone. Alexander built one of his first ideas when he was only 12 years old. He wasn't academically trained well, but he did enjoy using his brain for things that interested him and challenged him in certain ways. As he grew older and older he began making and coming up with new ideas, but none of them were quite as successful as the telephone. Alexander gained a lot of hierarchy and money because of this invention. It allowed people to talk from long distances away without having to write a letter or travel to see one another. This brilliant invention is still valid today and is the most popular device ever made. unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and for this brilliant inventor, his time was August 2nd, 1922.
Source: www.famousscientists.org
wikipedia
