         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Good</strong> </p><ul><li>Greated quickly and in a friendly manner</li><li>Recognised me as a regular customer</li><li>Asked if I'd like my usual drink whilst I loked at the menu</li><li>Gave good information about the specials of the day</li><li>Answered questions I had regarding allergens in certain dishes</li><li>Took my order quickly </li><li>Warned me that my plate was hot</li><li>Thanked me as I left</li></ul><p><strong>Bad</strong></p><ul><li>Wasn't greeted&nbsp;when I arrived</li><li>Was seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned and it took ages for someone to come and wipe it</li><li>Ignored - staff were chatting to each other instead&nbsp;(they were talking disrespectfully about another colleague)</li><li>Lack of knowledge about the ingredients of items on the menu</li><li>Had dirty plates left in front of me when I had been finished for 5 minutes</li><li>Was overcharged</li></ul>]]></description>
