My nephews are 3 and 1 so we always spend the most time in the children's exhibit which is full of cool things to do. They had musical instruments to make music, a show stage to act or do a play and many other things.

We got there right when it opened to beat the crowd. From my experience, the nature center seems more for adults, older children. There was not much to do for kids besides look at all the animals but I think my nanny kid would've rather liked them if there were alive lol but overall it was still a great time. We spend most of our time looking at all of the wide variety of animals that they have. They have a huge playground for kids to play on and food to feed some of the animals. Not only for children but for adults too. It's always a good time learning about new animals or seeing things you've never seen before. 

My favorite has always been the exploration place. Seeing my nephew with learning disabilities find things he enjoys is so rewarding. 

I could apply these experiences by taking more time to incorporate a different art into my lesson.
