For me the most important of my career has been the construction of the new city of Morcocha, was built more than 1,200 homes and resettle a whole city. In spite of that, they demand a lot of  energy I love doing this job. When I have some difficulties they change my mood in a good way and desappear my  problems. 
For my the most challenge activity are the parents they don't understand their teenager , sometimes they want to give up because they don't obey rules  and follows the  peaceful coexistence, Teenager always argue everything.
