         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students are expected to use multiple sources/formats, fill in a graphic organizer by visiting 3 posters or stations given to them by their teacher, work independently/silently.<br><br>Students are expected to then have a small group discussion about their posters - commonalities, identify and explain why their teacher is using them.<br><br>Students are expected to write a brief paragraph -using the words and phrases from their group discussion to identify the topic.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Pictures were placed around the room.  Students were assigned 3 to view and asked to find what they had in common, why they had something in common, what was happening during the period of time, etc.  Students were asked to  verbally respond to the group as a whole.</title>
