At the midway mark in the schoolyear  (January'ish) we were at less than 2/3 our budgeted enrollment (CRC incl.). I identified a couple areas/staff members that needed changes. Moved former enrollment specialist to retention specialist and hired a new more experienced enrollment specialist. When we met our goal we relaxed our efforts on Enrollment and saw a decrease in numbers in late October/ early November.
