I am struggling to keep up with my current 33 students at the moment and referrals just keep coming. Is there a way to sit down with someone to plan out how logistics work with a case load that size? (accommodations, modifications, IEP progress, Teacher Input forms, etc.) I feel that if it's done by someone from the Special Education Dept it may be taken differently than from us. 
I would also like to have out Special Education PLC's back and in person. I don't feel like we have had a lot of communication this year. 
I also agree with Brown in regards to having more useful Sped directed trainings on PD days.

I feel like there is no communication this year. Not you in particular just Special Ed. We have always been in the loop about things and this year we are not. I feel like there are things we cannot discuss and when things are discussed we are not all on the same page. 
Sometimes I feel like I know how to do my job and other days I question what I'm doing. So I guess just getting individualized visits to talk about things at our campuses. Not all campuses are the same.
