In the beginning , I felt nervous and unsure about contributing to the group discussion because I was afraid my ideas might not be accepted. I lacked confidence in expressing myself openly. When disagreements happened within the group, I felt frustrated and withdrew from the conversation, which I later realised was not helpful.”
