Communication Skills</p><p>Oral and written communication: expressing ideas clearly in different contexts and formats.</p><p>Multilingualism: mastering more than one language to broaden cultural and professional horizons.</p><p>3. Digital Skills</p><p>Responsible and critical use of technology: managing digital tools, searching for reliable information, and protecting privacy.</p><p>Media literacy: interpreting messages in different media and creating digital content ethically.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A shift in the discourse and paradigm of current higher education is sought. This involves shifting from a content-based approach that asks, "What topics or concepts should be taught?" to one that asks, "What knowledge, procedures, and attitudes should be acquired?" This constitutes an attempt to shift toward a learning-oriented approach. Therefore, higher education can be approached as a complex, flexible, and participatory setting where diverse actors converge. They are immersed in a changing social reality and must respond, based on their educational training, to the social phenomena and dynamics that continually emerge.</p>]]></description>
