Why should brain drain be stopped?

Brain drain being the issue rooted in most of the less developed countries, including huge impact on health care system of homeland [i cringed reading this - sentence structure]. As suggested, the shortage of young and skilled health professionals affects the health system as a whole by a great reduction of professionals within the nation. (McKenzie, 2015) In this context, as the health professionals are migrating out of nation, we'll have more patients that suffering from chronics and unable to receive a proper treatment from health specialists. This is further supported by David and Darmon, stating that brain drain causes a lack of health professionals serving people in their homeland. (David & Darmon, 2016) This is even worse when a critical and severe disease widespread. Professionals out of the nation can do nothing much for own nation health care system, but watching those got sick lossing opportunity to get treated. In short, brain drain which affects overall health care system of a nation should not be encouraged and need to be hindered as soon as possible .

Brain drain by the 2000s has caused more than 65 million people to migrate for better working and living circumstances (McKenzi, 2015). This unveils an obvious question towards "How big is the issue?". It is well-known that majority of migrants workers are those from India, Pakistan, Sri Panka and other South East Asian countryies (David & Darmin, 2016). These countries have invested billions into the fresh minds of young brilliant professionals. However, these contributions have resulted in a disadvantage in the countries in which they lose not only their investments towards already developed countries but also the contributions of the workers to health care (McKenzie, 2015 and David & Darmin, 2016). This cause a significant revenue towards the developed foreign counterpart that also contributes to the growing illness of facility development (David & Darmin, 2016). Overall, brain drain is a matter that strips developing countries, that produces professionals, from their potential technological growth and economical and scientific benefits.

Until today, the unsolved problem of the brain drain is still haunting the developing countries and enterprises all over the world with the substantial outflow of intellectuals, which significantly hinders or alters the pace of economic growth. According to Mckenzi (2015) about 65 million people were living outside their home countries and seeking employment in more advanced countries due to the needs of advanced technological access and the demands of higher saleries. David and Darmon (2016) highlighted the developing countries, such as India, Pakistan Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, is facing a huge impact on health system due to the migrations of young talents and health professionals to a more advance country. The developing countries loss these highly skilled professionals because of they are looking for better job opportunities and quality lifestyle. Therefore, the developing countries and enterprises should bring back the talents by raising the saleries and improve the working conditions, having a change in political set up and having an improvement in education.

Brain drain is the emigration of highly trained or educated workers from a particular country [to?]. It occurs because of better job prospects in other country as compared to own country. Brain drain has been an issue in less developed nations. Most of them are from India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.(David&Darmon, 2016) .This implies that less developed country do not have the good job prospects due to the resources is not fully utilised and it cause them to migrate. In 2000, about 65 million people were living outside their home countries and seeking employment in more advanced countries. (McKenzi, 2015). It causes a major problem for their place of origin as it suffers loss of talent that turns an impact their economic condition. To conclude, it is clearly shown that it is a big issue for the less developed country because the manpower used to develop the resources reduce as time goes [add more emphasis --> the fact that the country needs to spend more money on managing resources.]

The reason of brain drain is mainly due to tge educatiinal level of a country. Migration from developing countries to look for better using standards, higher salaries, advanced technologies access and secure politician situation (McKenzi, 2015) has been an issue in less developed countries (David & Darmon, 2016). This is mainly due to a country which has poor development has limited educational systems and resources. Most of the people who migrate think that a home country should provide the best education for its citizens (David & Darmon, 2016). However, a less developed country is unable to contribute the knowledge and expertise since there is limited financial resources. Some claim that a country's reputation which is in turn gives value and respect is represented by the average educational level of a country. This is probably because highly educated people are serving countries, giving their home country a good name (McKenzi, 2015). It gives them to obtain higher praises than their own country. Therefore, educational level is one of the main reasons of the occurrence of brain drain.

How brain drain affect their home country ?

A country should be develop by their own people. However, brain drain have stop this from happening. This is because of brain drain affects development of home country in terms of providing best education for its citizen (David&Darmen,2016). Professionals of their own nation does not serve and contribute back their expertise to their own homeland. This cause a loss of investment as they have trained and study in their home country but other more developing countries gain profit from them. Plus, a country's development May become hindered when many shilled workers leave their motherland （David & Darmon, 2016）. This is because of they are more attracted to higher salary offered by other counties and lack of patriotism. As conclusion, professional should stay and contribute to their homeland to fulfill their responsibilities as a loyal citizen to serve back to their own country.

Brain drain is the departure of educated or professional people from one country, economic sector, or field for another usually for better pay or living conditions. Based on the reaseach, about 65 million people were living outside their home counteris on 2000 (McKenzi,2015).The issue of brain drain had brought a big effect on developing counties' health care system. Thus, affect the economic growth of home countries. In order to solve this issue, David &Darmon (2016) mentioned that health professionals have to help their motherland by collaborative work and remittances to improve the ecomomy.

Brain drain has been proven to be a big world problem especially in less developed nations. (David & Darmon, 2016) In 2000, it is estimated that almost 65 million people had migrated away from their homeland just to secure jobs (McKenzi, 2015) . This might happen due to the fact that the migrated country offers a better living standard, a higher salary, more advanced technological access as well as a more secure political situation. It definitely gave a positive impact on the individual but it is the latter for the country. Some countries like India had to resort to buying expertise overseas due to the emigration of their own experts. (McKenzi, 2015) Hence, it is agreed that brain drain should be halted as it brings more disadvantages to the motherland. Both parties should work together and make a difference in order to combat this problem. (David & Darmon, 2016) Workers should prioritize contributing to their motherland as it is the best and most noble thing to do. (McKenzi, 2015) The authority should also make a concerted effort to overcome this problem efficiently.
