         <title>Group 12               Some of her medications can cause lightheadedness, which put hers at risk for falls. Blurred vision puts her at risk for taking the wrong medication and increases risks for falls. Glipizide can cause significant harmful effects if used incorrectly. Depression may cause her to not take her medication. Her confusion and increased forgetfulness may cause her to take wrong dose of medications </title>
