how you changed the camera to be Shutter Priority?

How I change the shutter speed on the camera was by move moving the Mode dial to Aperture then went to shooting menu went down to ISO sensitivity auto control to turn it on for the the pictures. Changed the sensitivity to 200.

When I moved the shutter speed in the picture you can see that there are two bright pictures and you can't really tell what there doing like if there still on the floor or jumping which I like but when you move the little by little it would get a bit dark and you can see what there doing and see that there jumping

In the situation I would use shutter speed when looking a fireworks or lights moving around or when I see something fast that catches my intentions. I would use slow and fast shutter speed because of the way that the picture looks when are taking and the way the object is still.
